🎁

A gift with a story

A numbered batch with a passport — a gift people actually talk about.

What's in the jar (and what isn't)

🥬

Clean, short label

Vegetables, vinegar, salt, herbs — that's it. No artificial preservatives or colours; shelf life comes from pasteurization and hot-packing, not chemistry.

🌿

Light & full of crunch

Pickled vegetables are naturally low in calories and keep their dietary fibre — a way to have garden-fresh crunch on the plate all year round.

🍒

Fruit-first jams

Our jams are cooked from whole, single-orchard fruit: more fruit, less sugar, and the taste of the season they were picked in.

♻️

Transparent to the batch

Ingredient origin, production date, expiry and acidity — recorded on every batch's passport. Scan the QR; no blind trust required.

Honestly said: our pickles are vinegar-based, not fermented — so we make no probiotic claims. Low calorie and real fibre, yes; enjoy with moderation on salt. Jams contain sugar: an honest indulgence, not medicine.

Why Felorishi?

A passport for every jar+

Every production batch gets its own passport: ingredient origin, production date, expiry, process notes and acidity. The QR on each jar links directly to that batch's passport — not a generic page.

Why QR?+

Because transparency should be simple. Scan the code and see a static, public page about exactly that jar. These pages are static: even if the shop is briefly offline, the passports remain.

No additives+

Our vinegar is house-made, sugar is kept low, and we add no colours or preservatives. Shelf life comes from pasteurization and hot-packing, not chemicals.

Which farm?+

Every batch's ingredients come from named sources, recorded on its passport. If a farm or supplier changes, the next batch gets its own passport.

Toronto delivery+

For Toronto and the GTA we deliver orders ourselves — kept cool, straight to your door.

Our story

Felorishi started with family recipes — the pickles and jams made every year on the roof and in the family kitchen.

We want to bring that home-grown trust to your table: know what you're buying, where it came from, and when it ends. Every jar has a passport and every batch is traceable.
